Third TEHDAS2 Public Consultation on the Secondary Use of Health Data

The third public consultation of the TEHDAS2 project was held online on 19 June 2026 and was open to stakeholders involved in or affected by the development of the national infrastructure for the secondary use of health data.

The consultation presented the third wave of TEHDAS2 milestones. Individual milestones were associated with the stakeholder groups most directly concerned with their implementation, thereby providing a structured basis for discussion.

Participants were invited to consider how the requirements, processes and recommendations reflected in the milestones could be translated into the Cypriot national context. The consultation also provided space for stakeholders to:

• Raise implementation questions;

• Identify practical and organisational challenges;

• Provide feedback on the proposed national approaches;

• Submit recommendations and proposals; and

• Suggest future events and more focused discussions on specific implementation topics.

The consultation supported stakeholder familiarisation with the evolving European Health Data Space framework while enabling national implementation activities to benefit from the operational knowledge, concerns and proposals of the wider stakeholder community.
