Project Participation in EHDS-AI CONNECT 2026

The project contributed to two plenary sessions at EHDS-AI CONNECT 2026, held on 29 and 30 April 2026 at City of Dreams Mediterranean in Limassol, Cyprus.

During Plenary 9, chaired by Maria Papaioannou, participants examined the secondary use of health data as a driver of research, innovation and evidence-informed policymaking. The discussion addressed data quality, interoperability, secure data access, artificial intelligence and the development of trusted European health-data infrastructures.

The project also contributed to Plenary 7: “Bridging Primary and Secondary Use: Integrating Xt-EHR and TEHDAS2 Results.” The session explored how results, standards and technical artefacts developed through Xt-EHR and TEHDAS2 can support a coherent EHDS architecture and its long-term sustainability.
